The chat panel should have opened in the corner of this page.
If it did not, an extension or a strict privacy setting has probably blocked it. Email us at hello@cutrevolution.com instead. We read everything and usually reply the same day.
Reporting something broken? The bugs page lists the cache steps that fix most problems on the spot.
For anything about a specific cutting list, the fastest thing you can send is the job itself: the part sizes, the stock you are cutting from, and the kerf you set. With those three we can reproduce what you saw. A screenshot of the layout helps more than a description of it, and if a saw rejected an export, the file it rejected tells us more than the error message did.
For questions about what the optimizer can do, the guide covers the settings in order: grain direction, trim, offcut handling and the orientation models. The free version page sets out what is included without an account, which answers most pricing questions before you have to ask them.
Send them. The optimizer's roadmap is shaped mostly by what people cutting real material ask for, and a request that explains the job behind it carries more weight than one that names a feature. Tell us what you are making, what you have to do by hand at the moment, and where the current layout costs you material.
